Unit Secretary

Job Description ## The Unité évaluation et missions spécifiques (UEMS) operates at the cantonal level to ensure specialized missions for the protection of minors for the Direction générale de l'enfance et de la jeunesse (DGEJ). It is notably responsible for evaluations in divorce and separation situations, and for the execution of protection measures in cases of child abduction. In order to strengthen the unit's secretariat team, we are looking for a unit secretary. Responsibilities ## • Ensure the reception and telephone reception of the unit and ensure the smooth running of the secretariat; • Be in charge of the secretariat for the evaluation mandate managers, the deputies, and the head of unit; • Ensure administrative and logistical tasks (schedules, attendance sheet; sending mail, etc.); • Collaborate, at the request of the head of unit, on specific tasks for group colloquiums or supervisions. For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here or contact the RH Unit at dgej-recrutement@vd.ch.  In addition, we invite you to visit our DGEJ website where you can also discover our various professions in detail.  Qualifications ## • CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent; • 3 years of professional experience in a secretariat; • Ability to work in a team; • Respect for confidentiality and procedures; • Good command of basic IT tools (MS Office suite); • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability; • Excellent writing skills. The communication of any judicial records is required for this position.
