To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Customer Service & Lab POCT Integration Associate Your area of activity In this function, you will be responsible for supporting our demanding LabPOCT customers on site during installation and operation of the system, as well as for any technical questions. As the first point of contact for all matters related to LabPOCT infrastructure, you will significantly contribute to the smooth operation of the system. This includes the following tasks: Training of employees and customers, and troubleshooting in case of technical problems Close communication and collaboration with doctors, medical assistants, and other customers Setup and support of LabPOCT infrastructure, LabQCHEK (internal quality control), and interfaces Parameterization of interfaces (LabComManager laboratory information system, LabWeb electronic order entry) Management, updating, and maintenance of POCT analyses in the LIS and in LabWeb Sales support in LabPOCT projects Development of the POCT offer in close collaboration with the team Interface function between sales, customers, and internal services Participation in congresses Your profile TAB ES/HES or medical assistant training with long experience in a laboratory, particularly in the LabPOCT infrastructure area.
