Your everyday life

To ensure the operation of our ICT infrastructure in the daily business of our customers, you will undertake the following tasks at our campus in Rothenburg:

Independent processing of support calls from receipt to completion:

• Receipt, analysis, and development of solutions.
• Analysis and rectification of reports from the platform monitoring.
• Clarification of the problem, including procurement of relevant information.
• Involvement and coordination of internal experts.

Collaboration in:

• Constant optimization of our support process.
• Maintenance of our support knowledge database.
• Creation and maintenance of our internal documentation.
• Monitoring of our cloud services and customer infrastructures.
• Support of the system engineering team with installations, maintenance work, and system migrations.

Your background

In order for you to start successfully with us or hit the ground running, you bring the following:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist specializing in platform development or ICT specialist, recent graduates are welcome
• You are a team player, independent, solution-oriented, friendly, and can think in networks
• You have a high quality awareness and enjoy completing your tasks correctly the first time
• You have excellent German skills and live in Switzerland
