What you move

• You look after and advise our private customers regarding our product and service offering with the support of a modern knowledge database
• You manage the 1st level incoming channels (telephone, if suitable also E-Mail and SecureMail)
• You are responsible for providing information and assistance in 1st level support E-Banking
• You continuously participate in updated product, system, CRM and soft skill training
• You generate leads or sales opportunities by arranging qualified appointments for our customer advisors

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further education
• Specialization: Commercial basic training is an advantage
• Professional experience: 1 - 2 years of commercial experience as well as experience in direct customer contact is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Interest in banking products and services and corresponding willingness to learn
• Thanks to our comprehensive training concept, you will be actively and competently accompanied in your new task, which is why a workload of 100% is required in the first month of employment
