Employee Administration & Backoffice Gastronomy (60-80%)

For our team at Baurens Produits Fins GmbH / Maison Baurens, we are looking from 1. October 2026 for a reliable, flexible and independent personality for our backoffice in the gastronomy sector (60-80%)

Your tasks

• Administration & Gastronomy-Backoffice
• Processing and coordination of daily customer orders
• Order processing as well as support in the ordering process
• Customer contact via telephone and e-mail • Coordination of orders and deliveries
• Maintenance of customer, supplier and product data
• General administrative and organizational work
• Close cooperation with our small team

Accounting & Finance

• Recording of invoice runs and creating invoices
• Management and control of accounts receivable
• Control and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Monitoring of open invoices and incoming payments
• Management and control of the petty cash
• Preparation and processing of accounting documents
• Close cooperation with our fiduciary
• Support with further administrative and accounting tasks

What you bring with you

• Experience in gastronomy, hotel industry or in gastro-backoffice, partly also knowledge of the individual delicatessen products.
• Preference and appreciation for high-quality products
• Good knowledge in the area of accounting / Accounting and experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Very good German skills mandatory
• Good French skills mandatory
• Good English skills mandatory
• Very confident handling of the computer and common Office applications and AI programs
• Experience with inventory management and/or accounting software is an advantage
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong organizational talent
• Flexibility and the willingness to take on responsibility in a small company and to lend a hand where it is currently needed

60% – 80% Tuesday-Friday or by arrangement
