Use this opportunity as a springboard for a permanent position and strengthen the team as a customs specialist / export specialist. Your main tasks ### • Customs processing & compliance: Legally compliant processing of all customs procedures in accordance with national and international regulations as well as conducting customs audits. • Origin management: Controlling origin and preference management, checking supplier declarations, determining correct customs tariff numbers and issuing preference certificates. • System maintenance: Accompanying the further development of customs software (e.g. AEB, GTS) as a key user and ensuring seamless integration into SAP systems. • Logistics & disposition: Operational disposition of international replenishment transports (road, air, sea), operational procurement of the necessary logistics services and support in measurement logistics. Your profile ### • Education: Completed commercial/logistical training with targeted further training as a customs specialist, export or foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate of expertise (or equivalent). • Experience: At least 3 years of proven professional experience in the field of customs, foreign trade and international logistics. • Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Swiss import/export customs clearance as well as in the area of origin, preference law and free trade agreements. • IT skills: Secure handling of MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP) and user knowledge of customs software (e.g. AEB, GTS). • Languages: Negotiation-secure German (C1) and good English skills (B2); French skills (B1) are an advantage. • Soft skills: High sense of responsibility, communication strength in an international environment and a precise, analytical and structured way of working. • Mobility: Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel of around 10%.
