Your responsibilities

• We offer you: work in continuous hours from Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
• Prepare and cook varied dishes according to established recipes and menus
• Guarantee constant quality of preparations while respecting HACCP and food safety standards
• Participate in menu planning and goods ordering
• Ensure stock control and management
• Contribute to the preparation of desserts and pastry products
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the kitchen

Your profile

• You hold a CFC in cooking or an equivalent training
• You benefit from several years of experience in collective catering, production cooking, or events
• You master HACCP standards
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate autonomy
• You have a sense of quality and a true passion for cooking
• You are a reliable, organized, and flexible person
