• You independently process accident insurance cases according to UVG. Depending on your previous experience, you will progressively take on more demanding dossiers and expand your decision-making competence.
• You conduct investigations, procure the necessary documents and decide on the granting or rejection of daily allowances, medical costs and other insurance benefits.
• You check medical reports and invoices with regard to the insurance law obligation to provide benefits and arrange additional investigations if necessary.
• You are in daily exchange with the insured, employers, doctors, therapists, lawyers and social insurance institutions.
• Active participation in efficient, customer-oriented and high-quality case management.

What you bring with you

• A commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in processing benefit cases according to UVG is an advantage.
• You have proficient German skills in speaking and writing and can also communicate well in French.
• Joy in taking responsibility and developing solutions independently.
• A structured, reliable and careful way of working.
• Good analytical skills as well as the ability to assess even complex situations in a comprehensible manner.
• Motivation to continuously develop yourself and learn new things.
• Team spirit, initiative and a positive attitude.

Tu souhaites prendre des responsabilités, soutenir les personnes et faire bouger les choses chaque jour ? Alors tu es exactement la personne qu’il nous faut !

• Tu gères de manière autonome des dossiers d'assurance-accidents selon la LAA. Selon ton expérience, tu prends progressivement en charge des dossiers plus complexes et développes ainsi ta capacité de décision.
• Tu effectues des investigations, obtiens les documents nécessaires et décides de l’octroi ou du refus d’indemnités journalières, de frais médicaux et d’autres prestations d’assurance.
• Tu examines les rapports médicaux et les factures pour vérifier leur conformité avec la législation d’assurance, et tu procèdes si besoin à des clarifications complémentaires.
• Tu es en contact quotidien avec des assurés, employeurs, médecins, thérapeutes, avocats et assurances sociales.
• Participation active à une gestion de dossiers efficace, orientée client et de haute qualité.
