We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to work on digital transformation projects within a stimulating and collaborative environment.

Your missions ###

• Participate in pre-project phases (feasibility studies, analyses, estimates).
• Facilitate workshops with business units and support stakeholders.
• Design and manage the roadmap as well as the product backlog.
• Guarantee the functional quality of ServiceNow solutions and their compliance with standards.
• Perform functional analyses, design reviews, and support projects until deployment.
• Participate in testing, support, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure regular reporting and provide your expertise to project teams.

Your profile ###

• Higher education in computer science (HES, EPF, University or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis on ServiceNow.
• Excellent mastery of AppEngine and CSM modules.
• Strong skills in functional analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, development processes, and design best practices.

A plus:

• Agile experience.
• ServiceNow Certifications.
• Knowledge of ITIL, BPM/BPMN or ISTQB.
