Your profile  HES Bachelor nurse or diploma deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross  Excellent organizational capacity and good management of priorities in a multidisciplinary environment  Analytical capacity, spirit of initiative and synthesis  Very good interpersonal skills, empathy and ease in communication  Confirmed experience as an IRUS in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics  Motivation to learn on a daily basis and to share skills and knowledge  Knowledge of the Besa program desired  CAS in management or in psychogeriatrics: an asset Your missions  Ensure the coordination and supervision of care, guaranteeing its quality and respect for the individual needs of the residents  Provide care and ensure the quality of services provided in the units  Collaborate with relatives, supervise the team and request support from management if necessary  Supervise, organize and distribute tasks according to each person's skills  Motivate and support the team by fostering a positive working climate  Transmit institutional information to employees and ensure their good understanding  Act as a link between the team, nursing managers and the Management  Ensure the follow-up of administrative tasks related to the function Start date: immediately or to be agreed All additional information can be obtained from Mme Béatrice Rouvinez, Head Nurse: 027 327 48 79.
