Our client is a renowned communications agency that thrives on creativity, dynamics, and modern technology. To ensure the IT infrastructure is optimally aligned with the business and specialists are supported in the best possible way, we are seeking, in cooperation with the company, a proactive, pragmatic, and technically skilled individual as Teamleiter IT-Support & Workplace Manager macOS (a). Responsibilities: In this versatile key function, you will take over the technical and personnel management of an established 1st-level support team with two employees and ensure a smooth, service-oriented support operation. As a central interface, you will lead the IT board both strategically and operationally. You will bring together representatives from five different teams, gather their specific needs, and drive pending IT projects forward in a structured and targeted manner. You are able to translate the wishes of the agency employees into concrete IT requirements, ensuring that the technological landscape optimally supports the business at all times. In addition to internal coordination, you will control and coordinate external service providers as needed, develop well-founded prioritizations, and provide clear technology recommendations to the management. At the same time, you will also actively contribute yourself: You will continuously maintain and develop the system landscape, which primarily includes macOS clients, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and in-house servers, as well as the entire network, WLAN, and printer infrastructure.
