What you achieve ##

• Identification and implementation of process improvements, standardizations, and automations
• Development and maintenance of process models, process maps, business processes, and workflows
• Determination, implementation, and evaluation of process metrics and key performance indicators
• Coordination and support in the management of risks and controls along the business processes
• Ensuring process quality and supporting management regarding continuous process optimization
• Coordination of process improvements and accompanying change processes as a mediator between specialist departments, employees, and managers
• Further development of the Process Manager role profile and ensuring connectivity within Helvetia

What you bring ##

• Completed studies in BWL (FH or Uni) or comparable training with specific further training in process management
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality and process management and sound methodological competence in the field of process management (knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology is an advantage)
• Experience from the insurance industry is an advantage
• High affinity for AI and analytical skills
• Communicative and outgoing personality with high customer orientation
• Proficient German skills, English and French desirable
