In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for:
Management of daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring a smooth workflow
Responsibility for the team during your shifts and close cooperation with the Restaurant Manager and their deputy
Assistance with staff planning with Mirus 3.0, creating daily closing balances and ensuring quality and hygiene standards
Conducting small training sessions to strengthen the team and implement operational guidelines
What you bring with you
Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or a degree from a hotel management school
Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie
Experience in upscale hotel operations and in Room Service
Fluent German and English skills, any additional foreign language is a plus
Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong awareness of quality
Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment of leadership and a winning appearance
