The Gemeindeverband Soziale Dienstleistungen Region Brugg ( www.sdlrb.ch ) is a communal organization of 19 municipalities in the region. Under the umbrella of the Gemeindeverband, the three areas of Child and Adult Protection Service (KESD), Youth and Family Counseling (JFB), and Mother and Father Counseling (MVB) are combined. The KESD carries out 18 municipalities of the Brugg district child and adult protection mandates. As part of a newly created position, we are looking for an committed personality for our Secretariat 80 - 100% ## Areas of responsibility: • Telephone and counter service including coordination and assumption of representations • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail including scanning and digital document processing • Administration and maintenance of email mailboxes • Support of internal processes (e.g. process manual, notices, list maintenance) • Collaboration in the application process (e.g. creation of job postings, correspondence) • Maintenance of master data and internal documentation • Organization and preparation of meetings and conference rooms • Carrying out general administrative tasks (e.g. filing, scanning, document management) • Co-responsibility for order and a well-maintained appearance in the reception and office area We expect: • A completed commercial training • Proficient handling of MS-Office • Mother tongue German, foreign language skills an advantage • Empathy for people in difficult life situations • Mental resilience, humor and team ability • Social and self-competence • Adequate communication skills We offer: • Interesting, versatile and responsible activity in an interdisciplinary team • Mutual support in the team • Case management software KLIB.net • Further training opportunities • Contemporary remuneration Working location is Brugg.
