What awaits you: Leading and developing 12 Requirements and Test Engineers in an agile delivery environment; Further developing our agile methods and ensuring high delivery and service quality; Responsibility for Requirements and Test Engineering quality standards along the entire development process; Establishing AI-supported approaches for specification, testing, and continuous improvement; Networking specialist departments, Product Owners, and IT teams to develop sustainable solutions. Transparent and fair remuneration: Depending on the level of competence fulfillment, an annual salary between CHF 141-500 and 157-200 (at 100%) awaits you.
