Join a leading brand in full transformation and actively participate in its development!* *To accompany this transformation, our After-Sales Service and Customer Service management is looking for talents for our headquarters in Morges, and in particular a:* Bilingual FR/ALL Customer Service Assistant 80% Your mission: • Respond to emails, calls and mail for all requests related to products, services and complaints for Conforama Suisse, • Guarantee a professional, efficient and high-quality service to our customers, • In collaboration with our stores, our online store and the relevant headquarters services, provide clear and precise solutions and explanations regarding our conditions to our customers, • Administratively manage questions related to orders, notably refunds, tracking and payment of purchases made on the Web. Your profile: • You benefit from training as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent, • You are bilingual French-German. Knowledge of Swiss-German and English is an asset, • You justify experience in a customer service department, • You have a deep sense of customer service and good communication, both written and oral, • You have excellent knowledge of usual office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and are comfortable using multiple software, • You demonstrate rigor in the application of procedures and in identifying anomalies, are organized, have a good capacity for synthesis and analysis, as well as good priority management.
