Your tasks

• Active participation in the establishment and implementation of the internal payroll processes as well as their continuous further development
• Independent execution and ensuring of the monthly payroll processing
• Processing of all payroll-relevant changes as well as entries and exits
• Responsibility for absence management including sickness, accident, maternity and EO
• Processing and control of daily sickness and accident benefits as well as continued payment of wages
• Support and maintenance of time management in Polypoint PEP
• Handling of social insurances and cooperation with insurance companies, authorities and social insurance carriers in UKA Solutions
• Contact person for employees, managers and HR regarding questions about payroll, absences and time management
• Execution of month-end and year-end tasks as well as creation of evaluations
• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of HR, payroll and absence processes

Your profile

• Commercial training with further training in the field of HR, payroll or social insurances
• Experience in the establishment or further development of payroll processes as well as a high affinity for processes and systems is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or absence management
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Experience with Polypoint PEP and UKA Solutions is an advantage
• Very good IT and MS-Office skills
• Exact, independent and reliable way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers
• Service-oriented, communicative and discreet personality
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
