To strengthen our team in Zürich (Schlieren), we are looking for you as Customer Service Clerk DE 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks As a member of our support team, you are our important contact person for our customers and prioritize their satisfaction. You help with questions, solve problems and ensure that our customers have an excellent experience with Digital Republic. You process customer inquiries via telephone and ticketing system in German. French and/or English would be a plus. You support our customers with questions and proactively advise them regarding our Mobile, Home and Data subscriptions. You pass on customer feedback internally and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our subscriptions and internal processes. You support back-office tasks and work together with other teams within the company. What you bring with you A completed apprenticeship in the field of / -frau, customer dialogue or a comparable specialist field. You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. However, it is much more important to us that you enjoy communicating with people, always remain friendly and also keep an overview even with several simultaneous inquiries. You write and speak fluent and stylistically confident German. Good French and/or English skills are an advantage. You work independently, reliably and precisely. You think ahead and like to take on responsibility. Your positive and communicative personality distinguishes you and you enjoy truly helping customers. You are prepared to work occasionally on Saturdays and take time off during the week in return.
