Junior Executive Assistant About the position As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will become the central interface between the executive management, the operational specialist departments, and external partners, taking on the following tasks: Your tasks Preparing documents: You collect data, create reports, and build clear presentations as well as decision-making documents for the executive management. Documenting processes: You check data paths in the systems, record processes in writing, and consistently track deadlines. Processing fund representation: You send out standard contracts for foreign funds, perform basic checks during onboarding, and ensure invoicing. Preparing regulatory matters: You collect information for regulatory authorities and answer open points regarding legal requirements. Recalculating numbers: You assist with fund value calculation (NAV), support accounting, and maintain risk data in spreadsheets. Must-haves Education: Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in economics, law, or a comparable field of study. Working style: High level of conscientiousness, strong understanding of processes, and enjoyment in questioning connections deeply ("why question"). Languages: Business fluent German (native level) and very good English (at least B2). Nice-to-haves: Financial knowledge: Initial contact points with investment funds, accounting, risk management, or FinTech topics. Tool knowledge: Confident use of MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
