Division Controller: 60-80 % St. Gallen

In the Finance & Controlling department, we are looking for reinforcement for our Controlling team. You will take responsibility for a business division and maintain an intensive exchange with it. In doing so, you will ensure financial transparency, support managers in their decisions, and take on an important role in the further development of the division. Your role ## • Responsible for the controlling of a business division • Advising the line in all business management questions • Collaboration and partial responsibility for budget, forecast, and rolling planning • Participation in projects for the further development of controlling processes and instruments • Creation of periodic management and financial reports, result analyses, as well as ad-hoc evaluations • Responsible for project controlling and the maintenance of the project controlling system in the division • Examination of investment and overhead cost projects • Collaboration in the further development of the SAP system • Management of the BI tool DeltaMaster • Organization and implementation of training sessions Your profile ## • Federal diploma in finance and accounting or professional/university degree (with specialization in Accounting / Controlling) - possibly in an advanced Bachelor's degree program • Initial experience in accounting, particularly in cost and performance accounting • Experience in the SAP environment (modules FI/CO and PS), with BI tool DeltaMaster as well as with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage • Confident appearance, enjoyment in advising managers • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel • Flair for numbers, analytical thinking, and recognizing complex relationships • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing Your benefits ## • Up to 60 % home office possible with a 100 % workload • Vacation purchase (2 weeks per year) • 41h week with flexible working hours with a full-time workload • Min. 25 days vacation per year • 100 % financial or time-based promotion of further education • Free SBB Half-Fare travelcard for all employees We maintain an open "Du" culture - so feel free to send us your application directly in the "Du" form.
