We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Customer Service Representative FR/CH\-ALL Your mission: We are currently recruiting 2 Customer Service Representatives FR / CH\-ALL to join a recognized player in customer relations in Genève. Main missions: \- Telephone customer service. \- Receiving incoming calls. \- Diagnosis and first-level troubleshooting of water fountains by telephone (FR / CH\-DE). \- Explanation of invoices to customers. \- Redirecting requests to the competent services. Activity volume \- Approximately 300 to 400 calls per week. \- That is 60 to 80 calls per day. \- 70 to 80 % of calls are in Swiss German. Your profile: Technical skills \- Very good mastery of IT tools. \- Excellent organizational skills. \- Able to transcribe accurately the information collected during calls. \- Asking the right questions in order to obtain all necessary information. \- Transmitting requests to the correct interlocutor without loss of information. \- Comfortable with several IT tools simultaneously. Desired knowledge \- Understanding the basic notions of an invoice. \- Able to explain simply a debit; a credit; the general functioning of a customer account. Languages \- Fluent French. \- Swiss German preferred. \- Perfectly mastered German may suffice, provided that the candidate is able to understand Swiss German.
