Administrative and Financial Director M/F/D # Company Description ## On behalf of a company in the Martigny region that is recognized and firmly established in its field of activity, we are looking for an administrative and financial director. As a key member of the organization, you support the management in the financial and administrative steering of the company. You assume global responsibility for the finance, accounting, controlling, and administration functions, while supervising the department's employees. This position is intended for an experienced, structured, and committed personality wishing to hold a strategic function within a stable and demanding environment. Job Description ## You ensure the financial steering of the company, notably through the preparation and monitoring of budgets, variance analysis, the implementation of performance indicators, as well as the formulation of recommendations to the Management. You supervise general and analytical accounting, monthly and annual closings, the preparation of statutory financial statements, as well as various reports intended for the Management and the group. You coordinate relations with auditing bodies, banks, tax authorities, insurance companies, as well as various external partners. You also ensure compliance with the company's tax, regulatory, and accounting obligations. You manage treasury, financing, banking relations, as well as the monitoring of debtors, suppliers, invoicing, and collection procedures. You develop and maintain the internal control system, identify financial and operational risks, and propose necessary measures to secure the company's processes. You supervise and support the teams in charge of accounting, invoicing, and payroll, promoting versatility, training, and the quality of services provided. In collaboration with the Management, you participate in strategic reflections, the monitoring of objectives, certain IT and organizational projects, as well as various cross-functional administrative missions. Profile sought ## You hold a higher education degree in the field of finance, accounting, business management, or a title deemed equivalent. Additional training such as a federal certificate, a diploma as an expert in finance and controlling, or a chartered accountant constitutes a real advantage. You benefit from confirmed experience in a function as a financial manager, administrative and financial manager, financial controller, or in a similar function, ideally within a structured SME, a group, or an industrial and commercial environment. You master the processes of closing, reporting, budgeting, controlling, treasury, and Swiss taxation. You also have good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and the functioning of an internal control system. Comfortable with IT tools and ERPs, you ideally possess good knowledge of SAP, particularly the financial modules.
