Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Assume technical responsibility for the new production model within the main Division Defence Platform (DP) • Provide advice and support to product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders on issues relating to cost calculation and billing of IT services and Business IT services in the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite • Ensure the consistency, quality, and completeness of data relevant to the new production model in the service catalog as well as coordinate the constant updating of data • Perform quality controls, identify optimization potential, and provide support for the cleaning of databases • Contribute, with your technical skills, to the further development of the ITSM suite ServiceNow and define requirements for new functionalities in the area of Discovery <br /> What distinguishes you • Basic professional training as a management information technologist CFC, higher professional training, or university diploma in management information technology, informatics, or business administration with an IT orientation or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in the field of ITSM, preferably in a complex IT organization or a corporate environment, as well as solid knowledge in service catalog management, IT financial management, cost calculation, and service billing • Excellent knowledge of ITSM frameworks, in particular ITIL® 4, as well as experience in the definition, implementation, and continuous development of ITSM processes • Experience in process management as well as in the analysis, optimization, and documentation of operational and service processes • Knowledge of agile working methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, constitutes a preferential qualification • Analytical and conceptual skills, great attention to quality, as well as the ability to independently manage specialist topics and provide targeted advice to various stakeholder groups • Interest in collaborating in interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams as well as the ability to communicate convincingly and appropriately to recipients • Good active knowledge of an official language, passive knowledge of a second official language, and good knowledge of English <br /> In summary As a member of the operational IT Service Management team, you will act as the central interlocutor for the new production model within the main Division Defence Platform and will ensure the completeness, consistency, and high quality of the data necessary for IT cost calculation and service billing. In collaboration with product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will constantly develop the service management processes and the ITSM suite ServiceNow, contributing decisively to a transparent, economically efficient, and customer-oriented service delivery.
