In anticipation of the current holder's retirement, the nursing management is looking for the anesthesia service of the HFR, a Head of Care Unit (ICUS) Your mission : • supervise personnel and organize the resources of the HFR anesthesia service present on two sites in partnership with the other ICUS • collaborate closely with the nursing management team and the medical staff • actively participate in care and ensure the quality of services provided to patients • supervise EPD ES practical training in collaboration with the nursing training center and the practical training manager • actively participate in interprofessional work in a constructive spirit and transmit necessary information to team members, to the department head nurse, and to doctors in order to guarantee good communication • lead improvement projects, in collaboration with clinical nurses, and successfully achieve the service objectives • lead the nursing team, autonomously, and position yourself as a leader Your profile : • Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • anesthesia care expert title required (mandatory condition) • proven experience within an anesthesia service (minimum 3 years) • diploma in local management or training deemed equivalent or willingness to undertake it • have a sense of priorities and a capacity to manage the unforeseen • interpersonal skills, sense of communication and negotiation • proactive, dynamic, and flexible attitude • mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language Possibility to benefit from coaching favoring your integration.
