Your tasks:

Independent and holistic management of a portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership
Personal support and advice for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
Organization, preparation, and management of condominium owner meetings
Creation of agendas, motions, and meeting documents
Implementation and monitoring of resolutions passed at owner meetings
Conducting regular property inspections and condition checks
Organization and coordination of ongoing maintenance as well as necessary repairs
Obtaining and reviewing quotes as well as awarding and monitoring contracts
Coordination of craft businesses, caretakers, authorities, and other service providers
Creation and monitoring of property budgets
Control of costs, invoices, and ongoing management processes
Processing of lease amendments, terminations, and rent adjustments
Calculation and implementation of indexed rent adjustments
Management of re-lettings and coordination of viewings
Conducting apartment move-outs and handovers
Processing of damage cases and coordination with insurance companies
Collaboration with real estate accounting for closings as well as heating and utility cost statements
Technical guidance and support of the assigned administration
Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of internal processes
Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical basic training
Further training as a Real Estate Property Manager with a federal diploma is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in independent real estate management
Sound experience in the management of rental properties and condominium ownership
Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and condominium ownership law
Experience in leading condominium owner meetings
Proficient use of ImmoTop 2
Confident use of MS Office and digital working tools
Business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
English and Italian skills are an advantage
Strong customer and service orientation

Strong communication, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
Driver's license category B
