Your daily work
-Ensuring a smooth service process taking into account the internal service standards.
-Efficient service as well as active sales to the guest
-Co-responsibility for the daily closings
-Co-responsibility for the inventory, the implementation of HACCP as well as for the --further development of the internal operating processes in the outlet.
-Maintaining our guest file as well as expanding the existing regular customers
-Individual employee development and employee training as well as the training of restaurant specialist apprentices.
-Support of the Restaurant Manager in team organization and shift planning as well as with administrative tasks
-Representation of the Restaurant Manager in his absence

What we wish from you
-A completed training as a restaurant specialist or hotel school
-Experience in a comparable position in 5-star hospitality
-High quality awareness and ideally knowledge of LQA and SDH standards
-Sound knowledge in wine and beverage studies
