Due to the departure of the current position holder and the evolution of the organization of the Nursing Management, driven by the arrival of a new Director of Nursing, we are looking for a Head Nurse coordinator of care units to accompany this new dynamic. What will you be required to do? • Lead and optimize the organization of nursing activities in collaboration with managers, in order to guarantee efficient, safe, and high-quality care for our patients • Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing on the strategic development of the department, as well as the promotion and deployment of nursing activities in compliance with institutional policy, and ensure substitution in case of absence • Promote a managerial culture based on trust, participation, and respect, by fostering autonomy and empowerment of managers and nursing teams (149 FTE) • Support the development of professional skills of employees and managers, by defining the axes and training plans necessary to achieve objectives • Contribute to the budgetary management of the department (FTE, medical material, equipment) and to the steering of risks and quality through institutional dashboards • Carry and materialize projects that will respond to the challenges of today and tomorrow, as a true driver of continuous improvement in care With whom will you work? • Joining the team of Monsieur Kiril Massuk, Director of Nursing, means evolving alongside a manager who combines clinical expertise, strategic vision, and proximity to his teams. What do we expect from you? The essentials: • HES nursing diploma or title deemed equivalent, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and higher education in management • Having several years of professional and hospital practice • Proven experience in managing nursing teams and supervising managers • Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its challenges • Management, organization, and planning capacity and skills to lead projects • Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams by fostering trust, empowerment, and collaboration • Excellent communication skills • Strategic vision combined with strong proximity to field realities • Ability to develop skills, support managers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement Your assets: • Experience in a coordination or nursing management function • Benefiting from a higher education degree such as a Master's in nursing management • Sense of innovation and ability to evolve practices based on the needs of teams and patients.
