In this role, you will make an important contribution to the preparation of the migration of our contract database into the new system S4 «Servicevertrag». In doing so, you will work with physical and digital contract documents and ensure that our documentation is complete and of flawless quality. Your main tasks include: • Identification of relevant physical contract documents based on defined criteria • Comparison of physical documents with the PDF files stored in the document management system (DMS) • Quality control of digital documents according to specified standards • Scanning of missing or qualitatively insufficient documents as well as filing in the DMS • Preparation of the checked physical documents for destruction • Support with the random quality control of the digital filing • Ensuring structured and traceable document management   We expect ### • Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or Matura • Very good German language skills as well as a fast and confident reading ability • Structured, precise and reliable way of working • High level of care in handling physical and digital documents • Analytical thinking skills and a good eye for detail • Good IT user skills as well as ideally experience with PDF editing programs (e.g. PDF-XChange Editor) and document management systems • Independent way of working as well as the ability to seek support if necessary • Enjoyment of concentrated and partly repetitive work   We offer ### • Participation in an exciting digitalization and migration project • Responsible task with high importance for the quality of our contract data • Structured induction and support by an experienced team • Modern workplace in Zürich • Temporary employment until summer 2027 with option for extension   Please note that we are happy to consider applications by post, but cannot send them back for administrative reasons.
