Bernerhof is a year-round open Superior category hotel with 46 rooms and suites. Our restaurants with a total of around 200 seats offer a versatile range for our international and sophisticated guests: the rustic “La Gare” with regional specialties, the restaurant "Blun-Chi" with Chinese delicacies (14 points Gault-Millau), the Pizzeria Basta, as well as a brand new restaurant in planning (let yourself be surprised!).

F&B Management / Restaurant Manager

Following the takeover by new owners, the restaurant concepts are being renewed. As part of our team, you have the opportunity to actively help shape the new concept of our restaurants, contribute your own ideas, and sustainably shape the gastronomic direction of the house.

Your tasks:

• Leading our service team (approx. 15 employees) incl. duty roster creation
• Planning the beverage range in cooperation with the management
• Creative further development of our 4 restaurants
• Purchasing and stock management
• Calculations and budgeting
• Active cooperation during service times
• Responsibility for compliance with our quality and hygiene standards

You…

• have completed sound training and have continuously furthered your education
• possess leadership experience
• move confidently in the environment of high-end gastronomy
• speak German as well as ideally French and English
• are a team player, open, communicative and proactive
• are creative and like to contribute your own ideas
• show your love and enthusiasm for your profession
• have a high sense of service, quality and responsibility
• think and act entrepreneurially

• keep a cool head even in hectic phases
