The internal mechanical engineering department develops and builds complete serial and special machines as well as measuring and handling systems for the Group.

Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership as well as coordination of the service team with four employees
• Ensuring and further development of an efficient and customer-oriented service operation as well as service processes
• Management of spare parts sales and order processing as well as participation in improvement and development projects
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with development, production and other interfaces to ensure service quality
• Processing of complex technical faults as well as active participation in operative service and in service and repair assignments on site
• Process owner Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for machine maintenance at the plant site
• Occasional willingness to travel for assignments and technical support directly at the customer's site

Requirements

• Completed basic technical training with further training at HF level or comparable
• Several years of experience in the technical service environment, ideally with leadership experience
• Broad technical understanding in mechanics, electrical engineering and electronics
• Strong leadership and communication competence as well as natural authority in the team environment
• Proficient German and English skills
• High service orientation, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of customer contact
• Hands-on mentality combined with structured thinking
