A leading industrial company offers you the opportunity to contribute your expertise in the payroll area in a modern and dynamic environment. To strengthen the payroll team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable specialist on behalf of our client. In this versatile position, you will take over the wage processing for several companies, maintain and update the personnel master data, create social security statements, and contribute significantly to the efficient and smooth processing of all payroll processes.

Your task ##

• Independent execution of the monthly payroll for national and international locations
• Maintenance of personnel and salary data as well as processing of mutations
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding questions about wages, social insurance, and taxes
• Support of social insurance topics and processing of accident and illness reports
• Participation in internal projects for process optimization and automation in the HR and payroll area
• Cooperation with external trustees, auditing companies, and social insurance institutions

Your profile ##

• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of payroll, HR administration, or social insurance
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in an internationally active company
• Sound knowledge of social insurance and tax law as well as HR processes
• Sound language skills in German and English, written and spoken
• Experience in dealing with payroll and HR systems, ideally SAP
• Analytical thinking skills, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving competence
