Concierge & Cleaning Supervisor (m/f/d) Workplace Geneva Activity rate 100 % Start date 01.09.2026 What awaits you <br /> • Establishment of schedules, intervention planning and coordination of cleaning agents' rounds • Carrying out rounds and internal audits to ensure compliance with specifications and cleanliness standards • Organization and supervision of specific services (carpet shampooing, high-altitude window cleaning, floor stripping) • Direct field intervention to compensate for absences or manage operational emergencies • Integration, training in security protocols and support for new employees • Daily or weekly briefings, transmission of instructions and staff motivation • Management of small works and coordination of subcontractor interventions • Follow-up on complaints and client requests. • Validation of working hours, management of absences, leave and follow-up of annual interviews • Inventory and ordering of cleaning products, equipment and consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.) • Verification of the condition of the machine fleet (scrubber-driers, vacuum cleaners) and organization of repairs • Follow-up on satisfaction, collection of grievances and adjustment of services directly with the client • Control of costs related to products and labor to respect the budgets allocated per unit • Transmission of elements to ensure invoicing compliant with the services delivered • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental procedures in force at ISS • Control of the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the adequate use of chemical products • Supervision and training of new employees <br /> What you bring <br /> • CFC in the cleaning sector (cleaning agent, operations agent or equivalent), an asset • Continuous training in the cleaning field • Proven experience in team management • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activity • Good mastery of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an asset) • Mastery of IT tools (MS Office) • Driver's license, clean criminal record • Sense of service, good organization and communication • Autonomous, proactive, organized <br /> Ready for us?
