Responsibilities A versatile HR role at the heart of the organization Ensure complete management of HR administration, from employee engagement to departure (Employee Life Cycle) Write and manage employment contracts, amendments, certificates, work certificates, and various HR correspondence Actively participate in the recruitment of fixed and temporary employees Be the reference person for employees and managers for all questions related to human resources Manage and maintain the time management system up to date Ensure various administrative and organizational HR tasks related to our site in Domdidier (FR) Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of our HR processes Active participation in the Payroll process Prepare and check the data necessary for the monthly salary processing Check salary calculations, bonuses, lump-sum allowances, special benefits, as well as sickness and accident benefits Ensure the follow-up of entries and exits with social insurance Check and process benefit calculations in the salary process Establish and verify salary certificates as well as annual declarations (AVS, withholding tax, LAA, IJM) Your profile Completed commercial training with additional training in human resources (HR assistant or HR specialist) Confirmed first experience in a generalist HR function Proactive personality, solution-oriented, and endowed with a good sense of initiative Sense of service, discretion, and ease in human contacts Team spirit and ability to manage several tasks autonomously Very good knowledge of MS Office tools; knowledge of Swiss Salary is an asset Very good command of the French language and good knowledge of the German language; other languages are an advantage What we offer you A varied and stimulating function with great freedom of action A working environment where your ideas and experience are valued Great autonomy and concrete responsibilities from your arrival Short decision-making processes that promote initiative A flexible work model that allows a good balance between professional and private life An attractive occupational pension scheme (LPP/BVG).
