Division Controller: 60-80 % St. Gallen

In the Finance & Controlling department, we are looking for reinforcement for our Controlling team. You will take responsibility for a business division and maintain an intensive exchange with it. In doing so, you will ensure financial transparency, support managers in their decisions, and take on an important role in the further development of the division.

Your role ##

• Responsible for the controlling of a business division
• Advising the line in all business management matters
• Collaboration and partial responsibility for budget, forecast and rolling planning
• Collaboration in projects for the further development of controlling processes and instruments
• Preparation of periodic management and financial reports, result analyses as well as ad-hoc evaluations
• Responsible for project controlling and the maintenance of the project controlling system in the division
• Examination of investment and overhead cost projects
• Collaboration in the further development of the SAP system
• Management of the BI tool DeltaMaster
• Organization and implementation of training

Your profile ##

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or professional/university degree (with specialization in Accounting / Controlling) - possibly in advanced Bachelor's studies
• Initial experience in accounting, especially in cost and performance accounting
• Experience in the SAP environment (modules FI/CO and PS), with BI tool DeltaMaster as well as with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
• Confident appearance, enjoyment in advising managers
• Proficient in the application of MS-Office, especially Excel
• Flair for numbers, analytical thinking and recognition of complex relationships
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written
