The Grand Hôtel et Centre Thermal is looking for: AN ASSISTANT MAITRE D'HOTEL (M/F) CDI - 100% Your profile: • Holder of a Hotel School diploma or CFC catering • At least 2 years of experience in the field • Mastery of the French language • Good knowledge of English • Organized, flexible, dynamic, rigorous, able to take initiatives Your tasks: • Support the F&B manager in their functions and replace them in their absence; • Ensure the maintenance of the quality of services and respect for the Boas group's standards; • Participate in room service and guarantee its excellence; • Participate in conference services and guarantee their excellence; • Ensure customer follow-up; • Know perfectly the products and offers of the restaurant, bar, and seminars; • Manage and monitor daily stocks, create inventories; • Monitor hours and attendance in Mirus; • Order and receive goods (drinks, linen, economy); • Participate actively in continuous improvement in terms of quality and performance.
