V-ZUG Order Processing ###

The Order Processing team is responsible for the efficient and precise processing of orders. We work closely with various departments such as sales, logistics, and production planning to ensure a seamless process from order receipt to delivery. This, in turn, strengthens customer satisfaction and supports the positioning of V-ZUG AG as a leading provider of high-quality household appliances.

What this position offers you ###

• You are responsible for flawless order processing by regularly organizing, controlling, and monitoring it
• Additionally, you record and process orders via incoming mail, telephone, or through our webshop
• You advise customers, interested parties, or the field service regarding our sales conditions - this includes our prices, dates, delivery terms, as well as the price and discount structure
• You deal with incoming complaints and resolve these as well as other special cases
• You take over the introduction of our novelties, e.g., after a range change
• After allocation of the customers, you support them comprehensively and take care of the fulfillment of special orders according to the instructions of your direct supervisor

What you bring for the position ###

• Following your commercial training, you have already been able to gain initial professional experience
• With your commercial negotiating skills, you know how and where best to engage our customers
• Thanks to your sound MS Office knowledge, you navigate effortlessly through digital challenges. Additionally, you have already been able to gain experience with SAP SD and it would appeal to you to be trained as a Key User
• You have very good German skills and good French skills. Additional Italian skills are an advantage
