What you bring You have completed your vocational training and have already worked in a service-oriented company. You describe yourself as a professional in telephone customer advisory. You approach customers with cordiality and solution orientation. You enjoy contact with different people. Prior knowledge of the 2nd pillar, social insurances is an asset, but not mandatory. You speak and write French fluently and possess at least a B2 level in German, oral skills in Italian and/or English would be an asset.
