For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg group, we are looking for a Junior Mandate Manager 100% in Zurich. Your challenge ## • Taking on partial mandates as a development area • Support during implementations and new mandates • Support to mandate management in operational, administrative and commercial aspects • Management and control of defined services (service levels) • Coordination of team leaders, object managers and suppliers • Coordination and organization of project management tasks • Support in budget, offers, reporting and control tasks • Preparation and participation in client meetings as well as writing monthly reports • Maintenance of operational documentation and processing of tasks in the CAFM system • Communication with various internal and external stakeholders • Monitoring and accompanying third-party companies • Participation in process improvement and projects • Progressive taking over of client and mandate responsibility Your profile ## • Completed degree (FH/HF) in facility management or equivalent training • Strong service orientation and pleasure in client contact • Autonomous, precise and structured way of working • Great commitment, personal initiative and willingness to learn • Analytical spirit and networked thinking • Organizational talent and coordination capacity • Loyalty, discretion and reliability • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP/CAFM knowledge is an asset • Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing • Motivation to evolve towards a mandate manager position Our offer ## • At least 5 weeks of vacation and option to purchase additional vacation days • Century-old family company in 4th generation with an open and sustainable corporate culture • Very good family atmosphere within the company • An open communication culture as well as many possibilities for active participation and taking on responsibilities • Possibility of mobile work / teleworking • Attractive development possibilities through internal and external training Editorially recommended external content ## Show the videoI consent to external content being displayed to me.
