Your tasks ##

• You take over the technical and personnel management of the hospitality department with around 30 employees (service, kitchen, housekeeping)
• You ensure that our hospitality concept is lived, maintained, and further developed daily - first-class, professional, and guest-oriented
• You ensure smooth and service-oriented restaurant operations
• You further develop the à la carte and wine list and create varied daily menus in close cooperation with kitchen and service
• You participate in special occasions and events
• You plan the purchasing and are responsible for stock and goods management together with the kitchen and service teams
• You are responsible for the budget and the key figures in your area
• You conduct regular quality checks and proactively implement improvements
• You conduct employee appraisals, are responsible for the recruitment of new team members, and accompany apprentices on their training path
• You promote open, constructive cooperation between all departments and contribute new ideas to optimize processes and service quality

What you bring with you ##

• Training at a hotel management school or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a leadership personality in gastronomy
• You are creative, flexible, and have a good sense for people
• You speak fluent German and understand Swiss German
• You are a solution-oriented organizational talent and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• Occasional weekend and evening shifts are a matter of course for you
• You have good PC user skills
