Your tasks ###

• Overall personnel and professional responsibility for the Anesthesia Nursing and Positioning Nursing teams
• Organization and planning of both teams in cooperation with the Team Lead Positioning Nursing
• Promotion of employees
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of quality standards and department goals
• Close cooperation with the Chief Physician of Anesthesia and the Head of OR Nursing
• Active participation in the operative area of anesthesia nursing
• Active contribution to future projects and changes in the OR area

Your profile ###

• Completed training as Dipl. Experte / Expertin Anästhesiepflege NDS HF with professional experience
• Enjoyment of leadership topics and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Situation-appropriate, differentiated, and understandable communication skills as well as pedagogical skill
• High level of commitment, independence, resilience, flexibility, organizational skill, assertiveness, as well as business-oriented thinking and action
• Openness towards change processes
