Your daily work routine

• Participation in the creation, production and manufacturing of dishes
• Preparation of the daily mise en place and ordering for the station
• Compliance with service processes according to the standards of Hotel Schweizerhof Bern, Swiss Deluxe and LHW
• Participation in the execution of caterings and special events
• Supporting the training of apprentices
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines and personal hygiene

What we wish from you

• Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Professional experience in a comparable position in the hotel industry
• Team spirit, friendliness and guest-oriented thinking
• organizational talent and stress resistance
