Your mission: Strengthen the employability of participants and accelerate their sustainable return to the labor market; Activate and leverage your professional network in French-speaking Switzerland to concretely support the reintegration of participants; Facilitate access to the hidden job market for executives in professional retraining. Your responsibilities: Group facilitation "" conducting in-person and remote workshops and moderating peer coaching; Individual coaching "" personalized support; Repositioning strategy "" profile analysis and market targeting; Personal branding "" CV, LinkedIn, and professional presentation optimization; Preparation for company immersions "" preparing participants for company assignments, activating the hidden market, and coordination with the mandate and partnership manager; Monitoring and reporting "" measuring reintegration indicators, documenting paths, results, and producing reports for the canton (SDE). Your profile: Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss job market and established network; Experience in outplacement, recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or HR; Experience in professional retraining or supporting profiles in career breaks; Proven skills in group facilitation and coaching; Strong appetite for AI and digital tools; Agility, autonomy, and team spirit: you thrive where challenges follow one another quickly; Higher education (HES, university, or equivalent).
