Your tasks ##

• First point of contact for our customers in the service area
• Receipt of repair and service orders
• Competent advice on service and repair services
• Creation of cost estimates and invoices
• Coordination and scheduling between customers and the workshop
• Ensuring a smooth process in daily business
• Maintenance of customer relationships and active customer care

Your profile ##

• Completed technical training in the automotive industry (e.g., mechatronics technician, automotive specialist) or in the commercial sector with experience in the automotive industry
• Several years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills, organized, and resilient
• High service and customer orientation
• Proficient in German (style and negotiation level), English at least at B1 level; good IT user knowledge
• Driving license Kat. B
