Geoterra Services AG is the internal service provider of the Geoterra Group. We provide the operational infrastructure and administration so that over 700 employees from the entire spectrum of civil engineering, planning, and surveying can focus with full force on their clients' projects at our locations. As the central HR organization of the Group, we advise and support our 18 operational companies throughout Switzerland in all personnel matters and develop group-wide HR standards and processes. At the same time, you actively further develop our group-wide HR standards, processes, and systems. Consulting & Support Advising and supporting managers in leadership, personnel, and labor law issues Accompanying and coordinating demanding personnel cases, particularly in the areas of conflict, performance, behavior, separations, and absences Support with long-term illnesses, integration, and care topics Sparring partner for managers in everyday operations Reviewing sensitive individual cases as well as ensuring consistent HR practice within the corporate group Participation in organizational changes and personnel developments Quality, Systems & Processes Documentation, standardization, and optimization of HR processes Maintenance and further development of guidelines, templates, and HR standards Support and further development of HR systems in the key user function Ensuring high data and process quality Creation of key figures, evaluations, and controlling bases Support of digitalization and optimization projects in HR Training and support of internal users regarding HR processes and standards What you bring with you: Completed HR specialist training or comparable further education Experience in a consulting HR function Sound knowledge of labor law Enjoyment in competently accompanying and supporting managers Affinity for processes, systems, and digitalization Analytical, structured, and quality-oriented way of working High social competence, discretion, and assertiveness Confident appearance as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with Abacus is an advantage Experience in supporting several companies or locations is an advantage We offer you a varied HR function with exciting questions from 18 group companies, a lot of individual responsibility, and the opportunity to actively help shape processes, systems, and standards.
