Securing living space. Shaping the future. The Baugenossenschaft SILU has existed since 1960 and manages around 1'000 apartments in 14 settlements in the Greater Kloten area. It stands for high-quality and affordable living space as well as active cooperative living. On behalf of SILU, we are looking for a technically skilled, strong-willed and winning personality as Managing Director 80-100% for the office in Kloten. In this leadership role, you hold the overall operational responsibility for the cooperative. The five areas of property management, caretaker services, finance, cooperative culture, as well as construction and maintenance are directly subordinate to you. In total, you lead around 36 employees. On the basis of the strategy, goals and framework conditions established by the Board of Directors, you ensure the professional, economic and sustainable management and further development of the cooperative. You are responsible for operational and financial management, accompany significant construction and renovation projects and drive digitalization as well as the optimization of structures and processes. In doing so, you maintain close, trusting and binding cooperation with the Board of Directors, prepare sound bases for decision-making and ensure the consistent implementation of its resolutions. You represent SILU competently towards cooperative members, authorities and other partners. For this versatile and responsible task, we are looking for a strong-willed and empathetic personality with a sound higher education in finance, business administration, real estate management or construction. You have several years of leadership experience with personnel, organizational and financial responsibility. Ideally, you bring in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, non-profit housing developers or the cooperative environment. You combine entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with strong implementation competence, economic sense of responsibility and a cooperative, clear leadership style. You communicate convincingly, act with integrity and know how to promote employees, take responsibility and prudently bring together different interests. Enjoyment in dealing with people and the willingness to be present in the settlements round off your profile.
