YOUR PROFILE Professional experience at a spa reception or front office of a 5* hotel or a luxury spa desired Mastery of MS Office, Outlook as well as ideally the TAC Forte system affinity for well-being, health and a holistic customer experience Marked host personality with a warm, authentic and service-oriented aura Fluent mastery of German and English required, any other language is an asset Team spirit, sense of responsibility and flexibility with an autonomous working method Neat presentation as well as excellent manners and professional attitude Empathic, discreet and trustworthy personality with high emotional intelligence Organizational skills with the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations Acute sense of detail and excellence in customer service Sales aptitude and pleasure in competently advising customers on spa treatments, products and offers High stress resistance as well as calmness and confidence even in a busy working environment Pleasure in working in an international team and interacting with a demanding clientele ?
