Handling of incoming and outgoing trains, organization and control of shunting maneuvers (incl. trips according to FDV) as well as execution of the technical train inspection. Communication and cooperation with central interfaces such as the control center, transport dispatch, network management, and locomotive personnel. Foresighted management of the equipment at the hub, continuous monitoring of the operative processes and solution-oriented, corrective intervention in the event of an incident. Active participation in the creation of new hub and shunting concepts, participation in the continuous improvement process. Requirements completed training as a locomotive driver (Cat. Ai40/A40) or truck driving license Category C/C/E Readiness to acquire the respective missing qualification (driving license C/CE or shunter A40/Ai40) Experience as well as willingness to learn in the application of digital programs and systems Pronounced organizational talent and networked thinking for smooth processes, paired with a high service and solution orientation.
