Tasks:

• You take over the entire order and project processing, from order to delivery

In daily business, you work closely with the Sales team

• You handle the national invoicing process
• You actively support offers and projects for Swiss customers and dealers
• You handle delivery delays independently, including monitoring confirmed delivery dates
• You process complaints and service orders together with After Sales
• You accompany customer visits in the showroom
• Thanks to your support, the telephone switchboard is optimally co-managed

Requirement Profile:

• You bring several years of experience in customer service or a comparable role (ideally approx. 5 years)
• You have completed your commercial training and move confidently in administrative processes
• You write and speak German with stylistic confidence, clearly and precisely (C1), you use English professionally in spoken and written form
• Thinking ahead is fun for you, and you enjoy developing solutions
