What awaits you

• Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products, and services
• Controlling and processing mutations as well as collaborating with internal and external bodies such as general agencies or accounts receivable management
• Personal advice and support for customers at the sales branch in the Zurich and Luzern area (on-site)
• Timely processing of tasks according to defined standards in the required quality and quantity

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial vocational training as well as initial practical professional experience, preferably in a call center or customer service of an insurance company
• Further training as an insurance intermediary VBV desirable or willingness to complete this
• Confident German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2), other languages an advantage
• Sound MS Office knowledge
• Joy in daily telephone customer contact with a flair for sales conversations and proactive scheduling for the field service
