The training specialist (m/f/x) conducts in-person and remote training sessions within Medi24. You design and implement training programs, contribute to projects, and maintain our knowledge base. You work in collaboration with a team of training specialists as well as instructional designers who help you create content. Your responsibilities include welcoming and training new recruits, managing the knowledge base, conducting training needs analyses, and developing tailored training plans aimed at improving performance. You report to the Senior Training Specialist and your place of work is Berne. Medi24 Training Specialist (Bern) Allianz Partners Health (f/m/d) RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities include the following tasks: Delivering training within Medi24 by facilitating in-person or remote sessions. Developing training and onboarding programs designed according to proven training methodologies and adult learning principles, in connection with business needs. Leading the onboarding of new recruits, ensuring the application of our organization's best practices. Familiarizing new recruits with the company and conducting orientation sessions. Periodically evaluating training content, particularly in view of audits, and ensuring that materials reflect changes within the company. Collaborating with instructional designers and guiding them in the production of training materials, pedagogical tools, and manuals. Contributing to the development of custom e-learnings for Medi24. Staying informed about changes to products, processes as well as developments in IT systems, regulatory and compliance issues, and answering staff questions regarding our e-learning platform. Communicating important changes to the instructional design team so that they can make the necessary adjustments. Acting as a subject matter expert for new client onboarding and medical training content, collaborating with medical teams, trainers, and instructional designers to create appropriate learning programs. Effectively communicating changes, updates, and the approach adopted to the relevant managers. Supporting the implementation of a monthly training plan designed to bridge knowledge gaps and improve performance. Creating tailored training plans to meet identified needs, gathering feedback from stakeholders. Measuring the impact of training using quantitative and qualitative feedback. Overseeing the new recruit support network (peer coaching). Managing our e-learning knowledge base. REQUIREMENTS What you bring: At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or in a similar position, applying proven training methodologies and delivering online or in-person training. Medical degree: registered nurse (HF/FH), paramedic, midwife, or medical assistant (MPA). Proficiency in French. Proficiency in English and German is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Customer orientation. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team. Ability to work autonomously. Excellent presentation skills.
